Notification Elements

Even though SMS is plain text, you can use Notification Elements (Chips) to personalize messages with dynamic data. Types of Elements System Variables: {{Notification Name}}, {{Current Date}}, {{Tenant}}. User Variables: Contact cards, profile details like {{User_Name}}. Field Chips: Direct mapping from your selected Table Selection (e.g., {{SR_ID}}, {{Status}}). Usage Place your cursor in the SMS body where you want the variable to appear. Double-click the desired variable in the left panel. The chip will appear as bracketed text in the designer but will resolve to real data when sent.
