Schedule Notifications are time-based triggers used for recurring alerts or time-critical updates.
Use Cases SLA Alerts: Notify stakeholders when an SLA target is 50%, 75%, or 90% reached. Reporting: Send a summary of daily service requests to management every morning. Maintenance: Inform users of upcoming system downtime on a scheduled basis. Configuration In the Scheduler module, you select the Notification Designer Template as the βActionβ to be performed when the scheduled time is reached.
