Medium Selection

The Medium Selection step is where you define the delivery channels for your notification. You must select at least one medium to continue. Supported Communication Channels The Notification Designer supports three primary mediums: Email: Standard electronic mail notifications. SMS: Text messages delivered to mobile devices. Microsoft Teams: Direct notifications to MS Teams channels or users. How to Select Mediums Toggle Selection: Click on the card representing the medium (Email, SMS, or MS Teams) to toggle it on. Selection Indicator: A radio-style button or highlight will indicate which mediums are currently active for this template. Table Selection

The first step in designing your email template is selecting the data source. Table Selection allows you to choose which system tables the notification will pull data from. Configuration Steps Select Table: Choose the primary table (e.g., Manage Incidents, Service Requests). Toggle Availability: Initially, the Popover Form Elements and other dynamic elements will be disabled until a valid table is selected. Table Selection

Selecting the correct data source is the first step in creating a dynamic SMS notification. Configuration Search: Locate the primary system table from which you want to pull data. Select: Choose the table (e.g., Service Requests). Available Fields: Once a table is selected, its relevant columns (fields) will appear in the Notification Elements panel, ready to be dragged into your SMS body.
