Table Selection

The first step in designing your email template is selecting the data source. Table Selection allows you to choose which system tables the notification will pull data from. Configuration Steps Select Table: Choose the primary table (e.g., Manage Incidents, Service Requests). Toggle Availability: Initially, the Popover Form Elements and other dynamic elements will be disabled until a valid table is selected.
