Templates

You can save your SMS designs as reusable Templates to ensure consistency in communication. Types of SMS Templates Custom Templates: Designs created for your specific tenant. OOB Templates: Default SMS responses provided by the system. Usage Select Templates from the left panel to see a list of saved SMS designs. Drag one to the canvas to instantly fill the SMS body with the pre-defined text and chips.

To accelerate the design process, the system provides a library of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Templates. Available OOB Templates The library includes pre-configured layouts for common scenarios: Service Request Approval: A complete layout with Approval Grids and Actions. Incident Updates: Optimized for quick status changes. Task Assignments: Clear information on assigned tasks and deadlines. Using OOB Templates In the Design Template step, locate the Templates section in the left panel. Expand OOB Templates. Select a template to load it onto your canvas. Customize: You can modify any element of an OOB template to better suit your tenant’s specific needs.

Email Templates

Saving your designs as Templates allows for rapid re-use across different notification triggers. Saving as Template Once your design is complete, you can save it as a reusable template from the designer’s header. Template Categories Custom Templates: Designs created and saved by Application Designers within your specific environment. OOB Templates: Out-of-the-Box presets provided by the system for standard business flows (e.g., standard Service Request notifications). Accessing Templates Located in the left panel, you can drag any saved template onto an empty canvas to instantly populate your notification with a pre-defined layout.

Standard Notification Templates

The system maintains a set of standard templates for core modules. Example: Service Request (SR) Template A typical Service Request notification includes: Header: NovaTech IT Solutions branding. Dynamic Content: {{SR_ID}}, {{Status}}, {{Requestor_Name}}. Communication Log: A grid showing the history of updates. Actions: Approve/Reject buttons for the approver.
