Approval Grid

The Approval Grid is a specialized component designed specifically for approval workflows in modules like Service Requests or Change Requests.

Features

• Consolidated Log: Shows the entire history of approvals, rejections, and comments.
• Single Instance: Only one Approval Grid can be added per notification template.
• Dynamic Updates: Automatically pulls the latest approval records associated with the transaction.

Configuration

1. Drag the Approval Grid from the left panel onto the canvas.
2. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon to toggle visibility for columns like:
   • Approver Name
   • Status
   • Remarks/Comments
   • Action Date
