Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks enable you to direct recipients to external documentation, internal forms, or specific popover windows in the application.

Configuration

• URL Name: Provide a unique identifier for the link.
• Label: The clickable text that will appear in the email (e.g., “View Detailed Report”).
• Dynamic Address: Links can be configured with dynamic variables to direct users to specific records.

Reusability

Once defined, a hyperlink can be reused multiple times within the same notification template by selecting its URL Name from the elements list.
