Popover Form Elements

Popover Form Elements

Popover Form Elements allow Application Designers to leverage information from related tables’ popover forms directly within the email body.

How it Works

  • Enabling: This feature is enabled automatically once a table with associated popover forms is selected in the Table Selection step.
  • Selection: A list of available popover forms for the selected table will be displayed.
  • Integration: Click on any element within a popover form list to insert it as a dynamic tag (e.g., {{Popover_Element_Name}}) into your email draft.

Use Case Example

If you are designing a notification for Service Requests, you can pull elements from the “Requestor Details” popover form to personalize the email.
