Saving your designs as Templates allows for rapid re-use across different notification triggers.

Saving as Template

Once your design is complete, you can save it as a reusable template from the designer’s header.

Custom Templates: Designs created and saved by Application Designers within your specific environment.
OOB Templates: Out-of-the-Box presets provided by the system for standard business flows (e.g., standard Service Request notifications).

Located in the left panel, you can drag any saved template onto an empty canvas to instantly populate your notification with a pre-defined layout.
