SMS notifications can be localized to support a global user base.

Localizing SMS

1. Click +Add in the header to select a language.
2. The SMS designer will create a new tab for each added language.
3. Provide the translated plain-text message in the corresponding tab.

Best Practices

• Character Limits: Remember that different languages may vary significantly in length. Ensure your translated message stays within the character limits of a single SMS to avoid splitting fees.
