Notification Elements
Even though SMS is plain text, you can use Notification Elements (Chips) to personalize messages with dynamic data.
Types of Elements
- System Variables:
{{Notification Name}}, {{Current Date}}, {{Tenant}}. - User Variables: Contact cards, profile details like
{{User_Name}}. - Field Chips: Direct mapping from your selected Table Selection (e.g.,
{{SR_ID}}, {{Status}}).
Usage
- Place your cursor in the SMS body where you want the variable to appear.
- Double-click the desired variable in the left panel.
- The chip will appear as bracketed text in the designer but will resolve to real data when sent.
