Table Selection

Selecting the correct data source is the first step in creating a dynamic SMS notification.

Configuration

• Search: Locate the primary system table from which you want to pull data.
• Select: Choose the table (e.g., Service Requests).
• Available Fields: Once a table is selected, its relevant columns (fields) will appear in the Notification Elements panel, ready to be dragged into your SMS body.
