Templates

You can save your SMS designs as reusable Templates to ensure consistency in communication.

Types of SMS Templates

• Custom Templates: Designs created for your specific tenant.
• OOB Templates: Default SMS responses provided by the system.

Usage

Select Templates from the left panel to see a list of saved SMS designs. Drag one to the canvas to instantly fill the SMS body with the pre-defined text and chips.
