Standard Notification Templates

The system maintains a set of standard templates for core modules.

Example: Service Request (SR) Template

A typical Service Request notification includes:

  • Header: NovaTech IT Solutions branding.
  • Dynamic Content: {{SR_ID}}, {{Status}}, {{Requestor_Name}}.
  • Communication Log: A grid showing the history of updates.
  • Actions: Approve/Reject buttons for the approver.

Channel-Specific Standard Templates

Separate standard templates exist for MS Teams (Adaptive Cards), SMS (Plain Text), and Email (HTML) to ensure the best possible user experience on each platform.
