Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Templates

To accelerate the design process, the system provides a library of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Templates.

Available OOB Templates

The library includes pre-configured layouts for common scenarios:

• Service Request Approval: A complete layout with Approval Grids and Actions.
• Incident Updates: Optimized for quick status changes.
• Task Assignments: Clear information on assigned tasks and deadlines.

Using OOB Templates

1. In the Design Template step, locate the Templates section in the left panel.
2. Expand OOB Templates.
3. Select a template to load it onto your canvas.
4. Customize: You can modify any element of an OOB template to better suit your tenant’s specific needs.
