Schedule Notifications

Schedule Notifications are time-based triggers used for recurring alerts or time-critical updates.

Use Cases

  • SLA Alerts: Notify stakeholders when an SLA target is 50%, 75%, or 90% reached.
  • Reporting: Send a summary of daily service requests to management every morning.
  • Maintenance: Inform users of upcoming system downtime on a scheduled basis.

Configuration

In the Scheduler module, you select the Notification Designer Template as the ‘Action’ to be performed when the scheduled time is reached.
