Manage Notification Designer

The Notification Designer List page is where you manage your existing templates. It offers powerful tools for filtering, organizing, and exporting your notification metadata.

List Page Features

Customizing the View (Modify List Fields)

Click the + (Plus) icon to re-order columns or toggle the visibility of specific fields like Created By, Tenant, or Notification ID.

Finding Templates

  • Search: Use the global search bar to find templates by Name or ID.
  • Simple Filter: Use the funnel icon on any column for basic matching (e.g., “Active” status).
  • Advanced Filter : Define complex logic to narrow down your list.

Organizing with Views

  • Create View: Save your current filters and column arrangements as a custom View.
  • Manage Views: Click the view dropdown to edit or delete your saved configurations.

Exporting Data

Use the Export icon to download the current list of notification templates as an Excel or CSV file.

Editing & deleting

To modify an existing notification, click on its Hyperlinked ID in the list. This will take you back into the designer flow where you can make changes and re-submit through the Summary step.
