Medium Selection
The Medium Selection step is where you define the delivery channels for your notification. You must select at least one medium to continue.
Supported Communication Channels
The Notification Designer supports three primary mediums:
- Email: Standard electronic mail notifications.
- SMS: Text messages delivered to mobile devices.
- Microsoft Teams: Direct notifications to MS Teams channels or users.
How to Select Mediums
- Toggle Selection: Click on the card representing the medium (Email, SMS, or MS Teams) to toggle it on.
- Selection Indicator: A radio-style button or highlight will indicate which mediums are currently active for this template.
- Progressing: Once you have selected your desired channels, click Next to move to the Design Template phase.
Important
You can select multiple mediums simultaneously. The system will create separate design tabs for each selected channel in the next step.
